Ankit Raaj injured during horse riding sequence

Ankit Raaj who rose to fame as Amaad Iqbal Khan in Qubool Hai is currently seen as a vampire in the show Khunkhar: Super Cops Vs Villains. Keeping the actor’s chiselled physique in mind, the role is almost tailor-made for him.

The actor has been getting a lot of appreciation for his act as Vampire Veer. As part of his role, his character that he learn horse riding for the show. While filming a certain sequence with the horse, it went out of control and Ankit he was thrown off the horse. The actor landed at a distance with an impact.

Recounting the horror, Ankit says, “Our show demands a lot of action sequences and stunts.  Most of them are performed by us without using a body double. While shooting one such sequence it so happened that the horse (Badal) who was brought for shoot that day went out of control and I and banged myself against a tree. Luckily I escaped with some bruises without breaking any bones.”
