Actress Scarlett Johansson and her husband of two years, Romain Dauriac, have split up! People.com reported the news only on Thursday, but another report on the same website says that the couple, who never really showcased their affection for each other in the public eye, had separated last summer, but managed to keep the news under wraps.

“I’ve been expecting this for some time. Romain and Scarlett has never made sense to me. They aren’t equals. There’s always been something wrong with this picture,” said a source.

Scarlett and Romain, a French national, have one daughter, Rose Dorothy Dauriac.
