Matthew McConaughey’s wife had rejected him!

Academy Award-winning actor Matthew McConaughey recently opened up about the first time he met his wife Camila Alves, it was reported on JustJared.com.

“So I’m healthily single, at a club on Sunset. I’m not even a club guy, but this night I was a club guy, and I’m making margaritas at the end of the table. Then this figure moves across the room. I remember saying to myself, ‘What is that?’ I didn’t say, ‘Who is that,’ I said, ‘What is that?’ She sits down, and I can’t get my eyes off her. And I’m waving, trying to get… (her attention),” Matthew said.

He continued, “I go over and introduce myself. I go, ‘Would you and your friends like to come over and have a drink?’ We sit down, music’s playing. So we go back to the house and continue the party for a while and I’m trying to extend the time.”

But Camila said she wanted to get a cab and leave. Matthew asked her to instead take the guest bedroom since it was already very late. She agreed but turned down Matthew’s advances twice later in the night!
