Vidyut Jammwal among World’s top 6 martial artists

Bollywood action star Vidyut Jammwal, who is popular for is killer looks and daredevil stunts, has brought global recognition to Indian martial art form Kalaripayattu. Popular American website Looper has recently released a list of top martial artists across the globe and Vidyut has found a spot in the coveted list. He is the only Indian to have made it to this prestigious list.

Tweeting about the same, he wrote, “One doesn’t find balance, we have to learn how to create it, by knowing what to keep and what to let go #kalaripayattu  #balancing fearlessly (sic).” Interestingly, Vidyut has also done live shows in more than 25 countries. The Commando actor is fully trained in the martial arts. Before foraying into films, Vidyut had enjoyed successful career in modelling. After making his debut as villain in John Abraham’s Force, currently he is a busy star in Bollywood.

On the work front, Vidyut has finished shooting for his next film Junglee. This action flick is helmed by Chuck Russell, who has directed some of the memorable Hollywood films such as The Mask and The Scorpion King among others.
