Prateik Babbar tries hard to bounce back
Now, we hear that the actor has another small appearance in Taapsee Pannu and Rishi Kapoor starrer Mulk.
He ventured into the industry with a small role in Jaane Tu...Ya Jaane Na, but Prateik Babbar’s performance was highly appreciated. While many believed he would make a mark in the showbiz, things turned out otherwise for him. After the success of Jaane… he was mostly seen in supporting roles or making small appearances.
Even his films Dum Maro Dum, Ekk Deewana Tha, and My Friend Pinto bombed at the box office.
Recently he wasseen making a small appearance in Baaghi 2.
Now, we hear that the actor has another small appearance in Taapsee Pannu and Rishi Kapoor starrer Mulk.
“Prateik is trying hard to get back but is finding it difficult to bag lead roles. He is offered small parts but he is keen to do more lead roles. In Mulk, Prateik again makes an appearance but the film primarily revolves around Rishi and Taapsee,” said a source.
Mulk is a court drama but closely revolves around a family. According to the reports, Taapsee plays a lawyer who is veteran actor Rishi Kapoor’s daughter-in-law in the film. The film slated to release on 27 July.
