The Bheja Fry director is expected to cast some well-known actors in the film, which like his first film will be a tightly budgeted one.
Do you remember Sagar Ballary? Well, Sagar made the classic film Bheja Fry at a budget of Rs 60 lakh in 2007 and the film went on to be a huge hit.
Come 2011, he attempted an expensive sequel to the film that happened to fall on its face.
Followed by another flop, Hum Tum Aur Shabana with Tusshar Kapoor and Minnisha Lamba, the director, it seemed, had decided to take some time off films.
And now, sources inform us that Sagar is now planning to return to direction and has zeroed in on a sports subject.
“Sagar’s film is about a group of kids who overcome a lot of problems and how they go on to win a major championship. It is based on a true-life incident,” says the source.
