Vir Das brings Alien Chutney back

Vir Das, who was last seen in Shivaay, has established himself in quite a few fields of entertainment. Besides acting, his fans consider him to be as one of the better comedians in the country.

There’s also a musical side to Vir, as he sings and pens lyrics for his comedy rock band, Alien Chutney. The band’s best known for being a mix of original music with absolutely insane lyrics.

In the recent past, thanks to his various projects, Vir had been unable to tour enough with Alien Chutney. However, the comedian and actor is now carving time out for his music project too.

Says a close source, “The band had to cancel their two tours earlier, because of Vir’s international project commitments. His fans from across the country expressed their dismay on various platforms, and really wanted the band to perform soon. The actor has now decided to do a six city tour with Alien Chutney.”
