Rajamouli to witness first-day-first-show of Baahubali 2 with the audience!
Rajamouli has discussed making Hindi films with Karan and is looking forward to working with him.
Mumbai: At last, the wait has ended and the reason behind the most asked question- why Kattapa killed Baahubali- will be revealed, as the magnum opus ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ releases today.
The craze of this epic grandeur is such that it has left every theatre and multiplex booked in advance for two weeks already!
Filmmaker SS Rajamouli, who has had a grueling month promoting ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’, seems to be unaffected.
According to a daily, SS Rajamouli has planned to watch the first day, the first show of his historical drama in theatres with the audience.
When he was asked by the daily, where would he be on the opening Friday (which is today)of his movie, to which he said, “I will be watching ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ first-day-first-show with the audience in the theatre.”
So, don’t get surprised if you find the magician seated beside you.
When the director was asked if making this movie was an impossible attempt, he said, "I don’t think anyone who attempts to do impossible things thinks them as impossible as then they wouldn’t attempt it in the first place. We had a great story, we had a team, we had fantastic actors and I had so many people’s trust in me. So that’s why we thought we could achieve this task. And with the support from family, friends, media and fans, we managed it.”
Filmmaker Karan Johar is presenting the Hindi version of the film. So, talking about his collaboration with Karan, Rajamouli said, “I always wondered about the kind of films Karan Johar makes and the kind of films I make… They are very contrasting in nature. But, our love and passion for cinema are the same. And that’s one reason I think why ours is a fruitful association.”
Director SS Rajamouli also shared that he’s discussed making Hindi films with Karan and is looking forward to working with him.
‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ is the sequel to the super hit movie ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’.
The period drama features Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj and Nassar.
