Akshay Kumar to auction Rustom outfit

Akshay Kumar, who is known for making films on social causes, has picked yet another cause to back. He is putting up the naval uniform, which he wore in the film Rustom, for auction. The proceeds from the bid will support the cause of animal welfare.

He took to Twitter to announce the auction. His tweet reads, “Hi all, I'm thrilled to announce that you can bid to win the actual naval officer uniform I wore in Rustom! Auction’s proceeds will support the cause of animal rescue and welfare. Place your bid at http://www.SaltScout.com !”

Akshay had won the National Award for best actor for his performance in Rustom.
