'Meghan is more than Prince Harry's gf': Priyanka hits back at Wendy

Mumbai: Priyanka, who is being applauded for her role in her Hollywood debut film ‘Baywatch’, appeared on ‘The Wendy Williams Show’ on Tuesday to talk about her movie. It’s no secret that Priyanka and ‘Suits’ star Meghan Markle are pretty close and share a great bonding, and the show’s host, Wendy was well aware about the fact as well.

As it happens, Meghan is currently dating Prince Harry, and in hope to get some scoop out of Priyanka, the show’s host Wendy steered the conversation in that direction while referring to the American actor as “Prince Harry’s girlfriend”, which not-so-surprisingly didn’t go down well with Priyanka.

Wendy started the topic by saying, “You’re friends with Meghan Markle, Prince Harry’s girlfriend!” The actress was quick to add, “Also, Meghan Markle, actress, Suits…, her achievements.”

Internet absolutely loved the way Priyanka sweetly pointed out that Meghan is more than Prince Harry’s girlfriend and has many achievements of her own to not be overshadowed by her dating life.
