Saif Ali Khan steps in for Sara Ali Khan’s safe launch
This the first time after Sara signed the film and began work on Kedarnath, that Saif decided to take matters into his own hands.
Daddy dearest Saif Ali Khan has finally stepped in to rescue daughter Sara Ali Khan’s debut. Though Amrita Singh had initially taken charge of ensuring her smooth debut with Kedarnath, the film hit troubled waters after producer Prerna Arora and director Abhishek Kapoor’s had a falling out.
Thankfully with producer Ronnie Screwvala stepping in, Saif has decided to put his years of experience to use and guide his daughter through.

“This the first time after Sara signed the film and began work on Kedarnath, that Saif decided to take matters into his own hands. He accompanied Sara to Abhishek’s office and asked for the plan. Abhishek had all the answers and Saif went back home amply satisfied,” says a source. Sara will be seen next with Ranveer Singh in Simmba after Kedarnath.
