There is some unexpected competition for Chulbul Pandey. This Christmas, Salman Khan’s popular Dabangg franchise will have to share box office space with the much awaited final chapter of the Star Wars saga.
Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker opens on December 20, the same day as Dabangg 3. Being the final chapter of Star Wars, The Rise Of Skywalker will command major attention worldwide, which will be a setback for Salman. A lot of Salmaniacs would rather spend this Christmas with the Star Wars team as they wrap up their 42-year old franchise.
It will be an emotional send-off, and Chulbul Pandey may just find his precocious antics sidelined for the Star Wars wrap-up unless either of the two films decides to opt out of a Christmas release.
