Parts of the film have been shot in several locations across Mumbai, including Film City and Bandra.
While a portion of Dabangg 3 is being shot in Jaipur, another schedule of the film has started simultaneously in Mumbai. Specifically at the David Sassoon Children School, a remand home for juveniles in Matunga.
“The film has already been shot in other locations in Mumbai like Bandra and Film City, apart from Maharashtra town Paithan. And then there is a schedule in Jaipur. They started shooting for the film at Maheshwar in Madhya Pradesh, where pictures and videos went viral, so Salman stopped everyone in the unit from carrying mobiles. The film has some sequences set in a children’s home too, but more details are not available,” says an industry source.
Salman Khan stars opposite Sonakshi Sinha and Mahesh Manjrekar’s daughter Saiee in Dabangg 3, which is directed by Prabhudheva for producer Arbaaz Khan. Interestingly, Pramod Khanna has replaced his own brother, the late Vinod Khanna, as Salman and Arbaaz’s father in the film.
