Why did Sana Khan do a cameo?

Sana Khan, who has a cameo in  Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, was quite apprehensive when she was approached for her second cameo after Jai Ho. “I had already done a cameo in Jai Ho and had got my lead role in Wajah Tum Ho after two years. So, I was a bit apprehensive when I was offered another cameo. I had almost decided against it before I got to know the subject and chose to go for it. I have been advocating civic sense among all my friends as well. So, the heart ruled over the mind, and I was a part of the film,” says the actress who first shot to fame with Bigg Boss leading to Salman casting her in Jai Ho.

Sana explains that it was also Neeraj Pandey’s films that got her into it. “I have always liked his cinema from A Wednesday to Special 26, and the others from his production. Plus, there is Akshay sir in this movie. So, even though it was a cameo, I wanted to be part of this important film. This film is that important to me,” she states.
