Ganesh sizzles on-screen with Salman and Shah Rukh

Choreographer, who has also turned director, Ganesh Acharya has lost oodles of weight, and we are loving it. Ganesh launched a single titled, Dhoka sung by Rimesh Raja and he has sizzled on screen.

Ask him if we are going to see more of his fabulous dance work after his single debut and pat comes the reply, “Yes, I have done a cameo in Director Anand L. Rai’s film  where you will get to see me matching steps with Salman and Shah Rukh.”

Our immediate question was if he had choreographed the song.

“No, Remo D’Souza is the choreographer for this song, and I have just tried to follow his instructions. I do not give any tips on dancing steps when I am a performer. I always love to follow the guru as a student. And in this song, Remo is my teacher, and Salman and Shah Rukh are my dance partners.”

Ask if there are any signature steps incorporated as per the persona of the two stalwarts in the song, Ganesh says, “Since I am a mere performer, I can barely comment on the dance sequence. All I can say is that I had a great time doing it and hope I made my teacher proud,” he smiles.

Ganesh mentions he does have some exciting projects in the pipeline and asks us to keep a watch out for them.
