Sanjay Dutt, who has been part of Hindi cinema for a long time, has ventured into the Marathi side of the business. On Tuesday, he shared the motion poster of his first Marathi production Baba and dedicated the movie to his father — legendary actor Sunil Dutt.

Sanjay wrote, “Dedicating our first Marathi film ‘BABA’ to the person who remained steadfast in my life through everything! Love you Dad.”

The film is being directed by Raj Gupta and stars Deepak Dobriyal, Nandita Dhuri, Abhijeet Khandkekar, Spruha Joshi, and Chittaranjan Giri in pivotal roles. Manish Singh has written the story on the father-son relationship.

On the work front, Sanjay will now be seen in Panipat and Sadak 2.
