Shilpa’s workout session with son

A fitness and health freak, Shilpa Shetty Kundra has giving up on sugar, grows herbs in her backyard and loves exercising. While her love for yoga is well known, the actress gives a constant push to her fans and followers by posting her exercise videos, be it her doing yoga or doing stretches.

In her latest video, the actress and reality show judge is seen doing lifts with her son Viaan, who seems to be equally enjoying it.
