Filmmaker duo, Abbas-Mustan, who were all set to launch Mustafa Burmawalla, have decided to push the project to a later date.

Mustafa, who is Abbas’ son, and had been roped in to play the lead in Machine, which is set to primarily be a romantic thriller. The genre has always been Abbas-Mustan’s forte, and if sources are to be believed, the delay is being caused by the heavy VFX work that’s going into the movie.

“The film has some intense action scenes, which also require a heavy amount of VFX work. That will take some time. The makers are in no hurry, as they’re known for delivering the best quality of movies,” said the source.

While the movie was supposed to release in February, it’s now been pushed by a couple of months. Machine is reported to have a good amount of action scenes, for which stuntmen from abroad too have been roped in.
