We all know that Housefull 4 producer Sajid Nadiadwala has decided to sack director Sajid Khan and actor Nana Patekar, but it isn’t for the reasons you may think.

Nadiadwala hasn’t taken a stand on the allegations of sexual assault levelled against the two of his own accord, he’s received orders to clean up the act straight from the head office of Fox Star Studios in Los Angeles.

A source from the Housefull 4 team reveals, “The film is being produced in collaboration with Fox Star Studios. When news of Nana Patekar and Sajid Khan’s alleged misconduct broke, the Fox headquarters ordered a probe and then demanded the immediate removal of the offending individuals. Nadiadwala had to act without losing any time, or else Fox would have backed out.”

Meanwhile, it’s interesting to see that while the #MeToo movement in the USA saw formidable actresses including Uma Thurman, Angelina Jolie and Ashley Judd speak up against Harvey Weinstein, not one A-list actress has spoken up against the Weinsteins of Bollywood.
