Bollywood, one may say, has finally grown up, with actors playing their age on screen. After Aamir played a 50-year-old in Dangal, it is Salman who will play a pentagenerian in his next film. He will lose weight to play a 50-year-old for Remo D’Souza next film. While Aamir gained 22 to 25 kilos to play wrestler Mahavir Phogat, Salman Khan will be seen as a trained dancer and father of a 13-year-old.

About the transformation required for the role Remo says, “We still haven’t spoken about how much weight he has to lose. Once we start working on the detailed script, I might be able to tell that.”

Meanwhile hunt for a leading lady to play Salman’s wife is still on.

Remo, known to hone young talent in the industry has in the meantime come up with an app, — Remo Dsouza Official App — which will be a platform for the young talent to showcase their dancing skills.
