Saqib Saleem learns kathak for a short

Saqib Saleem, who was last seen in Dobaara, is now learning kathak for a short film. The movie, titled Aamad is to be a Father’s Day special this week.

“When I read the script, I realised that there was some kathak to be performed in the film,” says Saqib. “And not having done any kathak in my life, it made me
jittery. But Neeraj (the director) put me onto Ishita Sharma (the trainers) for gruelling sessions of four hours each day for a week.”

The movie, directed by Neeraj Udhwani will release on Father’s Day.
