Watch: Ankita Konwar calls hubby Milind Soman 'Papaji'

Mumbai: Milind Soman and Ankita Konwar have always been setting examples of an ideal couple despite being criticised for a huge age-gap between them. On April 22, 2018, they both decided to tie the knot.

Well, 53-year-old Milind is currently involved in fitness with his 28-year-old wife Ankita. He runs marathon for a cause and motivates people around him to do the same. Recently, in a promotional video, Ankita and Milind read comments passed on for them on their age differences.

One of the comments read, "Ankita should call him Papaji." After that Milind quickly responded to this with a wink by saying, "She does, sometimes."

Talking about their age difference, Milind said, “There is a big age difference," after which Ankita cleared, "26 years," followed by Milind's continuation, "So it is the difference between my age and my mother’s age.”

Milind in a conclusion said, "Conventionally, society has created these barriers for people when they fall in love. These are the people who should be together, these are the people who should get together. Those are based on many things – race, religion, country, gender…I think there should not be any barriers. I think everybody should be free to choose who they love and who they like and that should be based just on feelings that they have in the heart, it should have nothing to do with the society."
