Siddhanth unaffected by sister’s link-up rumours

The Kapoor siblings — Shraddha and Siddhanth — are coming together for their next project, Haseena Parkar. Siddhanth will play underworld don Dawood Ibrahim in the movie, while Shraddha will be seen as his sister Haseena Parkar.

While Shraddha has managed to make a mark for herself in showbiz, Siddhanth is trying hard to find a foothold in Bollywood. The actor, however, has no qualms about his career trajectory. He says, “Every actor has a journey — this is my journey. I am happy with what I am getting. I like doing more challenging roles.  I don’t want to do typical hero roles,” he adds.

Siddhanth reveals that the two actors have never had any ego clashes, thanks to the strong bond they share. He says, “We are like best friends. We take each other’s advice. There is absolutely no ego clash; we are always there for each other. These things have never crossed our minds.”

Meanwhile, his sister Shraddha has been in news for her link-up rumours with actor Farhan Akhtar. Siddhanth has however made peace with these “rumours.” He says, “I am possessive about Shraddha, just like any other brother. I know the truth, so I just laugh at such stories that get printed about her link-up rumours. Rumours will always be rumours. We can’t help it.”
