Sushant Singh Rajput denies recommending Kriti Sanon

Did Sushant Singh Rajput recommend Kriti Sanon’s name for Chanda Mama Door Ke? There was a rumour floating that Shraddha Kapoor’s name is being tossed up as the girl to play the astronaut in the film that starts next month.

Sushant, however, is very clear that he won’t recommend anyone including Kriti for any role. “I only push for myself in films. I ask them to take me,” he explains. Sushant also adds that the production house is on the verge of signing the actress who will share screen space as his colleague in the film.  “They are close to signing someone and they will announce it,” informs the actor.

Chanda Mama Door Ke is being directed by National Award-winning director Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan, and stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and R. Madhavan as well.
