Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan has been an ardent supporter of his son Hrithik Roshan’s films, be it celebrating his success or directing and producing several of his films, including Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai (2000) and Kaabil (2017).
He is now waiting for the coronavirus situation to ease up before starting work on his next project, Hrithik starrer Krrish 4.
“Jaise sab kuch theek ho jayega (As soon as everything is okay again), we shall go ahead with the fourth instalment of Krrish,” Roshan confirms, revealing that the film is still at the scripting stage and the female lead will be chosen only after the script is complete.
The filmmaker was ill recently, and Hrithik saw immense critical and commercial successes in his absence with films like WAR and Super 30. Nevertheless, he remains a proud papa.
“Bahut khushi hui ki do alag kism ki filmen chaali (I was pleased that two very different films did well),” he smiles.
Roshan, however, remains tight-lipped about Hrithik’s performance in the films, as if to say that the audience’s verdict has said it all.
