Badhaai Ho trailer: Here's why Ayushmann Khurrana is not happy with 'good news'

Mumbai: The trailer of Ayushmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra starrer Badhaai Ho is finally out. Both the leading stars have been building up the excitement for the film in the last few days. While Sanya was teasing him with 'Congratulations', Ayushmann was just fuming about something we did not know. Well, the trailer has revealed the reason behind Ayushmann's angst. His character in the film is frustrated to see his mother pregnant!

Badhaai Ho is a slice-of-life comedy that revolves around Ayushmann's character who is embarrassed because of his mother's (Neena Gupta) uncalled pregnancy at an older age and how this surprising turn conjures up different reactions in his family and the society. Sanya Malhotra plays an urban girl who is in love with Ayushmann.

From its trailer, Badhaai Ho looks like an entertaining joy-ride!

Directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma and written by Shanatanu Srivastava and Akshat Ghildial, the film also stars Surekha Sikri, Gajraj Rao and Sheeba Chaddha.

Presented by Junglee Pictures in association with Chrome Pictures, Badhaai Ho releases on October 19.
