Exclusive: Saif Ali Khan plays Pathan on reel, his new look is for Navdeep Singh film

Mumbai: Saif Ali Khan has been visiting Rajasthan, Jodhpur quite often, and no, we’re not talking about his blackbuck case hearing.

The actor was earlier spotted shooting for his upcoming film there, where he was also joined by wifey Kareena Kapoor Khan and little munchkin Taimur Ali Khan.

He is carrying a dense beard look these days, and we have come to know that this is his look for the Navdeep Singh directorial.

A close source to an actor exclusively revealed, "Saif is playing a pathan who takes revenge after his family gets killed when he was a kid. The actor has grown up his beard to play this role and had kickstarted the project in Jodhpur sometime back."

We heard that interestingly the movie was going to be titled ‘Soorma’, but then the title was taken by Diljit Dosanjh and Taapsee Pannu starrer, which is why the Navdeep Singh directorial is still untitled.
