The presence of paparazzi at the place irked the diva, and hence, she decided to walk straight without smiling for the cameras.

Well, taking care of your skin is an essential thing to do in the summer.

However, we do not know if it was the wrath of the May sun, or something else that made her visit the skin doctor.
