Sushant Singh Rajput’s failure doesn’t worry producer Vicky

His last big budget film tanked at the box office yet, Sushant Singh Rajput seems like one of the favourite actors to bet on for many producers.

Ever since Raabta bombed, various questions and rumours are surfacing in the media about his upcoming projects. But the producer of Chanda Mama Door Ke firmly believes in his choice.

“He is a good actor. So, what if his last movie didn’t work? We believe in our script and what we are doing. I told him don’t worry about anything as this is going to be one of the biggest movies in Bollywood,” said Vicky Rajani, producer of Chanda Mama Door Ke.

Sushant Singh Rajput plays an astronaut in this science fiction, and as a part of his training, he also took lessons in flight simulation.

Touted as one of the highest budget films of the year, Chanda Mama Door Ke was delayed going on floors, but the producer assures us the film is very much happening.

He says, “The film got delayed as it’s a large production film.  Let people say whatever they want to. I don’t bother about these things. September-end, we are going on floors. I am sending Sushant to NASA for training this month for about three to four days.”

Directed by Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan, the film, which will have some heavy VFX work, also features R Madhavan in a prominent role.
