Sanjay Dutt’s Bhoomi takes off soon

Meanwhile, Sanjay Dutt has been waiting for a long time to get his comeback vehicle, Bhoomi, rolling. It now looks like the movie is ready to go on the floors, after some delays.

The movie was to be kickstarted on January 29, but due to some internal reasons, Bhoomi will begin on February 15, in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. A close source says, “Sanjay is flying to Delhi on February 13, and will travel to Agra via road soon. The rest of the star cast will join him soon after and he will shoot and finish the film in one long schedule in Agra.”

Director Omung Kumar, who had been searching for a leading lady for a while, finally locked down on Aditi Rao Hydari. The critically acclaimed actress will be seen playing Sanjay’s daughter in the movie, and is currently prepping for the same. Shekhar Suman and Sharad Kelkar will also play pivotal roles in the emotional revenge drama, which set to release on August 4.
