You are unstoppable: Deepika Padukone to Ranveer Singh

Ranveer Singh who is basking in the glory of Simmba’s success is going to be seen in yet another interesting performance. The actor shared the first teaser of his next film Gully Boy where he is seen showcasing his rapping skills.

And soon after he shared the video twitterati gave it a thumbs up and his wife Deepika Padukone shared a lovely message on Instagram.

First, she wrote: “You are unstoppable,” along with the fire emoticon and then she wrote: “I love you and I’m so proud of you!”

Ranveer plays an underdog rapper whose tumultuous journey from the slums of Mumbai to stardom forms the crux of the Zoya Akhtar-directed film.

Gully Boy is said to be inspired by the life of Rapper Divine, who is counted amongst the top Indian rappers. Ranveer co-stars with Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin in the film, the trailer of which releases on January 9.

Apart from his lady luck, his close friend Arjun Kapoor also couldn’t resist praising this young superstar.
