The actress shares her fitness mantra and latest lifestyle choice.
It has been a physically demanding year for Shraddha Kapoor. The actress has three back-to-back films coming up and it has kept her on her toes. However, despite her busy schedule, the actress looks as fit and fabulous as ever, and this has a lot to do with her eating right.
Shraddha says, “I think I am a smart eater. I love food, so I eat what I like. I love vada pav so I eat that too, but I also work out. Or else, in the night I may just have soup. But I can't get too restrictive about my food as it’s an important part of my happiness.”
The actress also reveals that she has turned vegan for a month. “I’m just trying it out, so let’s see how it goes,” she says about her decision. But apart from eating right, Shraddha believes that one should exercise right as well. “One should have balanced fitness goals. It is important to not shock your body and suddenly become fit as that can take a toll on you,” she opines.
In other news, Shraddha is still recovering from the immense stress her body has been under lately. “Street Dancer has been challenging and physically draining. I am still recovering from some of my injuries and the dancing really took a toll on me,” says the Aashiqui actress.
