Amitabh Bachchan plays guru to Chiranjeevi in next, reveals Ravi Kishan

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Telugu film ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ is one of the biggest in the upcoming times. The movie also stars Amitabh Bachchan, and Ravi Kishen who plays the main villain in the film.

Ravi Kishen is a name to reckon with be it Bollywood, Tollywood or Bhojpuri industry. Ravi has already worked in almost 500 films, which includes Hindi, Bhojpuri and South films.

Speaking about the same, Ravi mentions, “Yes, I have done almost 12 films in South different languages including – Telugu, Tamil Kannada and Malayalam too. My latest film ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ is a big budget film. The film is going to be made in an exorbitant amount of 400 crores. This film is being produced by Ram Charan. It stars Chiranjeevi and Amitabh Bachchan who plays the Guru in the film. Chiranjeevi sir plays the pivotal character of ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’. This Historical [period] film is a massive warrior film with almost more than 150 warriors participating in the film. This film will depict the mutiny of 1957. The film is a multilingual film – Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Kannada as well.”

Adding more about his own character in the film, “I play the villain in the film. I have amazing fight scenes with Chiranjeevi sir.”

About Amitabh Bchachan and the family, Ravi quotes, “I have yet not shared the same screen space in ‘Sye Raa’ with Shri Amitabh Bachchan. Amitji is essaying the role of the Guru – to Chiranjeevi sir. I have worked with him in ‘Ganga’, a film made by Deepak Sawant. Mera puri family ke saath close relationship hai [I am very close to the entire family.] I have worked with Abhishek and Aishwarya in ‘Raavan’ as well, so share a good rapport with them as well.”

Feeling humbled about the love Amitji has always showered onto Ravi, he adds, “Amitji hamesha se mujhe apni blessings dete hai [Amitji always showers his blessing onto me.] He loves me a lot and that makes me feel humbled. Superstar ka title mujhe Amitji ne hi diya hai.”

Adding about his other future films in Hindi, Ravi confirms, “I have a film opposite Radhika Apte titled ‘Mumbaiya’. Also I have two huge budget Hindi film which I shall disclose later on. Another film, ‘Bairi Kangana 2’ is also set to releases this July. I am producing few Bhojpuri films under my home production soon. I have decided to produce at least 7 films from my banner.”

Last but not the least all praises for director Surender Reddy, Ravi quips, “Surender Reddy is my Godfather. He is responsible for bringing me to Telugu industry and eventually Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. He has opened the South vistas for me. I worked in his ‘Kick’ film as well.”
