Pakistan is the epicentre of global terrorism and has been targeting India for the last three decades. Now terrorism is recoiling on itself. It is time for course-correction for Pakistan: dismantle all terror centres, rein in the Inter-Services Intelligence and refuse protection to jihadi groups. Pakistan must realise that terrorism is incompatible with the new global order.
