Holiday Punch
Ingredients: 45 ml orange juice 15 ml pineapple juice 3 drops Angostura bitters 45 ml dark rum A pineapple slice 15 ml amaretto
Method: Fill a tall glass with ice, the pour in the apple juice, run, bitters and pineapple juice, Float the amaretto on top and garnish with pineapple slice.
Strawberry Eggnog
Ingredients: 1 cup skim milk 10 ml strawberry syrup 1 egg 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract Nutmeg for garnish Pineapple for garnish
Method: In an electric blender, pour milk, egg, sugar, vanilla extract with two cubes of ice. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass. Add strawberry syrup and sprinkle nutmeg powder on top and garnish with pineapple slice.
