Pornhub, one of the world’s largest pornography websites with 537K followers on Twitter, trolled Delhi’s former social welfare minister Sandeep Kumar, saying “We love all our employees, including Sandeep Kumar”.
The official Twitter handle of Pornhub tweeted, “We love all our employees, including Sandeep Kumar”, tagging the minister at 11.13 pm on Wednesday night.
Immediately the tweet went viral on social media with more than 3,000 retweets and 2,000 likes.
Mr Kumar was sacked on Wednesday after chief minister Arvind Kejriwal received an “objectionable CD” in which the minister was purportedly shown in a compromising position with a woman.
However, Ponrhub didn’t stopped here. Their official Twitter account continued to retweet the tweets mentioning Sandeep Kumar and news articles related to the MLA.
The sacking of social welfare minister Sandeep Kumar on Thursday triggered sharp reactions, with the BJP demanding the resignation of chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and the Congress asking why such members were not expelled. Scores of BJP members also staged a protest outside the residence of the chief minister, demanding the expulsion of the sacked minister from AAP.
The BJP demanded that if the chief minister really wanted to repent then he should take the initiative of asking for police action against Mr Kumar.
Delhi BJP president Satish Upadhyay, Lok Sabha member Meenakshi Lekhi and Pravesh Verma said that Mr Kejriwal had no moral right to continue in office. “His government has become a government of scamsters, immoral people and persons indulging in forgery and extortion. Development work in Delhi has come to a standstill and Mr Kejriwal’s slogan has become a subject of ridicule among the people,” the saffron leaders said.
Mr Upadhyay said that there’s a strange situation in Delhi today. Its chief minister is afraid of coming before the people and is avoiding the media. “The dismissal of the tainted Cabinet minister is being issued through Twitter and explanations are being issued through video conferencing. If there is any morality left in the chief minister, then he should come forward and answer the questions of the media and the people,” added Mr Upadhyay.
Delhi Congress chief Ajay Maken said three of the six ministers who were initially inducted were caught for alleged “fake degree, corruption, moral turpitude”. “But who chose them Why haven’t they been expelled from the party ” he asked in a tweet.
Former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit also used the opportunity to attack Mr Kejriwal. “It is the privilege of the CM to keep the ministers or sack them for whatever reasons he deems fit. I don’t know because Kejriwal has a style of diverting attention from other problems by taking some actions. Privilege of CM, but I neither support it nor condemn it. He is trying to divert attention and comes out with something sensational,” she said.
Delhi BJP Mahila Morcha’s president and members staged a protest and demanded that the Delhi chief minister and AAP chief take legal action against former minister Mr Kumar.
