Owner of tea shop shot dead
A 32-year-old man was allegedly shot dead at by three motorcycle-borne assailants outside his tea shop in south Delhi’s Chhattarpur late Sunday night.
A 32-year-old man was allegedly shot dead at by three motorcycle-borne assailants outside his tea shop in south Delhi’s Chhattarpur late Sunday night. Victim Ravi Kumar was earlier involved in robbery cases and the police suspects the murder to be the fallout of personal rivalry. The police is also probing whether Ravi was killed on suspicion of passing on information about some criminals to the police.
Ravi and his wife Pooja run a tea stall in front of a school near Chhattarpur temple. They were winding up their shop at around 11 pm on Sunday when the incident took place. The police said it has identified all three assailants and a team has been constituted to track them down.
