Delhi Metro will undertake an online customer satisfaction survey, for the third year in a row, employing a range of parameters in covering a wide array of areas, including security, comfort and reliability of the vast network.
Similar surveys will be undertaken simultaneously by several other Metro systems across the world, Delhi Metro Rail Corporat-ion chief spokesperson Anuj Dayal said. It will begin on Monday and continue till May 1. “The survey shall focus on availability of trains, accessibility, ease of use, information prior to and during travel, reliability, customer care, comfort, crowding and security,” he said.
The bilingual survey, which has been hosted on the “Survey Monkey” platform and available on the Metro’s website, will give a participant five options, ranging from “very satisfied” to “very dissatisfied”, to choose from.
