Cross FIRs have been registered by the Delhi police in connection with a dispute between two women, both reportedly AAP activists, with one alleging that the other woman had tormented her family at the local party MLA’s “behest.”
“There was a fight between two women volunteers of the AAP and one of them later tried to commit suicide. She had written a suicide note in which she alleged that MLA Rajesh Rishi was supporting the other woman. His name is mentioned in one of the cross-FIRs filed,” said a senior police officer.
Both the women are residents of Janakpuri. One of the women tried to commit suicide on July 15 and left behind a note accusing the other woman for her extreme step. She also alleged that the other woman was harassing her and her husband at the behest of the local MLA.
