The Delhi police has arrested five criminals who were involved in cases of murder, rape and robberies. The accused had recently abducted and robbed an inspector with the Gurgaon police.
The Delhi police has arrested five criminals who were involved in cases of murder, rape and robberies. The accused had recently abducted and robbed an inspector with the Gurgaon police. The police has recovered three luxury cars and copper wire worth of Rs 1 crore from the accused.
The arrested robbers were identified as Islamddin (kingpin), Surender, Mohammad Sabir, Saleem, and the receiver of their stolen goods, Mohammad Irshad.
The police said that based on a tip-off that the gang and its kingpin will be coming near Nangloi Metro station, a trap was laid to apprehend them. After a brief shootout between the cops and the gang, all the gang members were apprehended. The police said that three of these robbers opened fire on them.
