Taking time out from their hectic training schedule at the Sports Authority of India, Southern Centre, the Indian senior hockey team received a special invite from the BCCI to watch the entertaining India-Bangladesh encounter on Wednesday.
Joining the thousands of cricket lovers of the city, India skipper Sardar Singh, coach Roelant Oltmans and the 18-man squad along with the staff members were seen cheering for the Dhoni's Team India from the Terrace Stand of the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
Meanwhile, at the Upper Stand of the KSCA, a bunch of Bangladesh fans scattered across the venue roared along with the Indian cricket buffs during the course of the match.
In the sixth over, Indian openers Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan tamed Bangladesh quickie Mustafizur Rahman with two huge sixes to silence the screaming Bangla fans. But in the next over, Rohit Sharma's departure got the visiting fans off their seats.
