: Mohammad Shami, who made a comeback to Team India after recovering from a knee injury, may be out of the Australia tour after picking up another injury during the practice session on Friday.
According to reports, the right-arm pacer pulled his hamstring and the Indian cricket board will take a final call on his participation in the Australia tour on Saturday.
‘The Hindu’ quoted a BCCI official saying, -"He (Shami) suffered an injury during the team’s training and is being monitored. Based on the medical advice on Saturday, it will be decided whether he will continue to be a part of the squad or not.-"
It is learnt that Jasprit Bumrah, who plays for Gurjat in Ranji Trophy and for Mumbai Indian in the Indian Premier League, is placed on stand-by.
