Former Pakistan captain Wasim Akram was on Sunday heckled on live television show by unknown men as he spoke about Virat Kohli’s inning on an Indian news channel. However, on Monday, Wasim said that the attack during a live television show in Mumbai was not directed at him.

“The incident that took place in Mumbai was not directed at me and has since been professionally dealt with. Thank you for all your concern,” tweeted Wasim.

The video which stirred controversy on social media, shows Wasim talking on live television, when a few men, possibly from the camera crew, rudely interrupt him and block the screen.

A visibly perturbed Wasim gets up from his seat, while the host who is at another station asks him if he is okay.
