I practically work out five days a week. I do weight-training and also climb up the staircase. Sometimes, believe it or not, I even walk up to the 15th floor! See, everyone should know his/her body type and exercise accordingly.

I practically work out five days a week. I do weight-training and also climb up the staircase. Sometimes, believe it or not, I even walk up to the 15th floor! See, everyone should know his/her body type and exercise accordingly. I truly know the requirements of my body and take good care of it. I also jog seven-eight kilometres daily on the treadmill. Though I have not tried out yoga, yet I am aware of its benefits. To stay in fine shape, I resort to light-weight exercises and cardio. I’m not really finicky about food. I honestly feel that I am blessed with a strong metabolism and can therefore gorge on anything and everything on my platter. It goes to the extent of giving the calorie-count a miss at times. Being a Punjabi, I naturally love my provincial delicacies, plus delicious Mughlai dishes. I also love my fair share of street-food indulgence, but I have to resist junk fare these days as I am on a strict diet to look slim-n-trim on screen.
