TVS Motor Company which just launches scooty zest Himalayan highs special edition has today launched the new ‘Chocolate Gold Edition’ of the 2016 TVS StaR City+ motorcycle. Two wheeler manufactures used to launch the special edition to keep the brand going. Start City+ has been decent performer for TVS for years. TVS claims with the Chocolate Gold edition star city + will cater to the popular colour preference of motorcycle buyers.
