Cooking gas price increased by Rs 6 per cylinder

New Delhi: The price of domestic cooking gas was increased by Public sector oil companies by Rs 6 per 14.2 kg liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder on Tuesday.

The no- subsidised commercial LPG became costlier by Rs 22.5 per 19 kg LPG cylinder. The commercial LPG cylinder will now cost nearly Rs 730 a cylinder. This price will be applicable for a month from May 1. A subsidised domestic LPG cylinder will now cost the customer Rs 502 per cylinder in Delhi.

The petrol and diesel was increased by 5 paise a litre on Tuesday. Petrol is available at Rs 73.13 a litre while diesel was at Rs 66.71 a litre in Delhi.
