Ratan Tata congratulates N Chandrasekaran

Mumbai: Tata group patriarch Ratan Tata on Friday took to the micro-blogging site Twitter to congratulate Chandrasekaran for his appointment as Tata Sons chairman.

“I congratulate Chandra on his appointment as Chairman of Tata Sons and the Group,” Tata tweeted. Tata believes Chandrasekaran deserved the post. “It is a well-deserved recognition of his proven leadership capabilities,” Tata said.

Showing a full faith in his leadership qualities Tata added that the job is complex but “I am sure he will take the Group to new heights.” Chandrasekaran will also protect Group’s values and ethics all times, Tata said.
