Pune: GoZero Mobility, a British electric bike maker, which manufactures premium electric performance bikes, has forayed into Indian market with the launch of two of its flagship products 'One' and 'Mile' electric bikes in Delhi market.

Mile is priced at Rs 29,999 and One costs Rs 32,999 inclusive of taxes.

GoZero Mobility is targeting to sell 3,000 units in the first year and scale up to 75,000 in next five years.

The size of the Indian bicycle market at present is 16.5 lakh units and the premium bicycle market is about 350,000 units annually.

GoZero says that these products have been launched after a year of design and technology development in Birmingham, UK in India, which is one of the largest two wheeler and bicycle markets in the world.

GoZero One is powered with 400Wh lithium battery pack which is optimized to provide 60 kms of range on single charge.

GoZero Mile is powered with 300Wh lithium battery pack which provides 45 kms range.

Both the products - One and Mile - are specialised performance e-bikes with multi modes of operation - Throttle, Peddle Assist, Cruise Mode, Walk Mode and Manual Peddle.

Both the e-bikes come with a lockable battery pack which makes it very convenient to charge and carry.

GoZero Mobility has joined hands with Kolkata-based Kirti Solar to develop and manufacture thecurrent and future products.
