The Tiger is one of the best-selling motorcycles from Triumph's lineup worldwide. Recently, a newer version of the Tiger was spotted testing in Spain. As the spy pics reveal, the new motorcycle features alloy wheels, twin headlamp unit and an inline triple cylinder engine which is currently being offered in the Tiger 800 XR range. Also, the suspension setups and ride height have been altered to make the motorcycle more road-friendly.

As far as the ride height is concerned, it has been lowered as compared to the existing model and the fork travel also seems to have been restricted. In order to avoid the radiator obstructing the forks due to the reduced height, it has been split in two halves, keeping the centre space vacant. Also Read:Triumph Tiger XRx Review

The exhaust pipes now look wider in terms of diameter. Also, the new crankcase hints at the motorcycle getting a bigger engine, mounted on the same frame. It might as well be the rebored and restroked version of the 800cc engine, like Triumph did with the 675cc engine on the Street triple to increase its capacity to 765cc.

The new Tiger offers a lot of practicality with the adjustable headstock unit, bar risers and footpegs to suit every rider’s personal riding comfort. Other additions include new mirrors which have close resemblance to the new Street Triple RS.
