Not too long ago, there were rumours about this beloved Bollywood couple being headed for a split. But all mouths were shut when Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif arrived at the famous family brunch hosted by Shashi Kapoor, looking every bit the cozy couple. There are whispers about them leaving for an undisclosed location soon, to ring in 2016.

Deepika-Ranveer According to her publicist, Deepika Padukone has left for Europe with a bunch of girlfriends. However, reports also suggest that Ranveer Singh might join her later and the girls’ trip could just be an eyewash. The two are planning to go on a long vacation and will return only by the second week of January.

Abhi-Ash Buzz is that Abhishek Bacchan, who was shooting for Housefull 3 and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who was shooting for the Sarabjit biopic, have taken a small break from work and left for the US to celebrate New Year’s with daughter Aaradhya Bachchan.

Sonam Kapoor: Sonam Kapoor, who ended this year on a high note with Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo, is headed to Maldives. A bunch of her very close friends will be joining her there, and they will all return in the beginning of January. Her next film Neerja is ready for release and Sonam has a long spell of promotions coming up. A holiday is just what she needs before getting back to work in full swing.

Jacqueline Fernandes She has been shuttling from one location to another. First she was shooting for Housefull 3 in London. She wrapped that up and came back to Mumbai to record for her first music single. And soon after she left for Dubai to celebrate Christmas and New Year’s with family.

Saif-Kareena Saif Ali Khan, who was shooting for Rangoon, and Kareena Kapoor Khan who was shooting for Ki and Ka, are all set to leave for London, from where they will be heading to Switzerland to celebrate New Year’s. They had a busy Christmas too. Kareena was seen attending the midnight mass and the next day, the two showed up at Shashi Kapoor’s Christmas brunch.

Akshay-Twinkle Twinkle celebrates her birthday on December 29 and Akshay Kumar has already whisked her off to Hong Kong. We hear they are due to return in the first week of January. Hong Kong happens to be among Akshay’s favourite holiday spots — very often the actor has been heard talking about how he loves going back there because the city has so much energy.
